Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the procedure for ordering, paying for, delivering and submitting complaints about products offered on our website. The Supplier (Seller) of the products offered in the  (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) is and the Customer is any visitor to the Web Catalog who selects at least one Product, completes the online order form and sends it to the Seller.


After you select a Product, you may click its details and learn everything about it or have a better look at it and, if you want to buy it, just click the shopping cart and it will immediately be added to it. Within your shopping cart, you may choose quantities or select not to make any purchase. You shopping cart will be constantly visible and accessible to you so you can take your time browsing our window. Once you are done shopping, return to your shopping cart and select Complete Order. You will receive a notification of successfully completed shopping at your e-mail address.

Returns and complaints

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the natural person Buyer is authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without providing reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. delivery of the last product from the order.

In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination, the consumer must provide the trader with a written notice stating that he is terminating the contract. The notification must be written on a permanent medium and contain the information indicated below and can be delivered as a letter sent by post or electronic mail. If the consumer exercises his right to unilateral termination, he will not bear the related costs.

When submitting a complaint, we kindly ask you to provide us with information about the order number, account number or your username and description of the complaint, so that we can take all necessary actions to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.

Depending on your objection/complaint and the specifically described reason for dissatisfaction with the product/service, we will send you information about:

  • product replacement options
  • product return
  • refund
  • service in case of product repair
  • other information related to your objection/complaint

If the packaging is damaged, do not pick up the product, but draw the attention of the delivery person about the damage on the packaging and ask them to return the product to the place of collection. If the customer does not report the damage to the packaging to the delivery person at the time of taking over the product, it is considered that they took over the product with undamaged packaging.

Payment security

Authorization and credit cards payment are done using T-Com Payway authorization system and card payments in real time system.

All data collected during products ordering will be used only within Vidik d.o.o. company and only for purposes it which they are selected. The site is NOT saving card numbers or other entered card data. This are data ARE NOT saved or stored in any database.
